Mohd Hamzavi holds an American Associate Degree in Business Administration from MARA Community College, Kuantan, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, Minor in Computer Science, from Northern Arizona University, USA.
He brings over six years of banking experience across local and international banks — beginning his career at RHB Bank Berhad before becoming Premier Centre Manager at HSBC Bank Malaysia, serving high-net-worth clients in the Southern Region.
His passion for insurance led him into the industry in 2005 as a full-time agent and unit trust consultant, later holding senior roles at RHB Unit Trust Management, MAAKL Mutual, MAA Takaful and AIA Public Takaful. His dedication earned him and his team MDRT, Court of the Table (COT) and Top of the Table (TOT) honours for four consecutive years.
After nine years as a full-time agent, he established Caliph Group Agency in Johor Bahru — growing it from 15 to 220 agents within a year, and on to become the Agency Leader Corporation of Sun Life Malaysia Takaful in 2021.

Nur Syahida began her journey with a strong academic foundation in business management. A full scholarship recipient from Karangkraf, she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Universiti Selangor, earning Dean's List recognition.
With eight years of experience in management and marketing, she has built a reputation as a strategic, detail-oriented and people-focused professional — with strengths spanning project coordination, team development, workflow structuring, crisis management, branding and change leadership.
As Managing Director, she combines clear planning with empathy and practical execution — committed to creating value, building capable teams and delivering meaningful outcomes through structured leadership and thoughtful decision-making.
